A flourishing career spanning 35+ years in the Cement and Power industry, hands-on exposure to multiple functions across diverse geographies and extensive stints in plants as well as in corporate offices, have combined well to shape him into the well-rounded, acclaimed and in-demand professional that he is today.

He earned his Chemical Engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur, a premier institute of India that has consistently produced global technology leaders.

He launched his career in the cement industry and after spending over three decades there, he moved on to becoming an entrepreneur. He is currently the Chairman & Managing Director of CEM POWER International -Dubai, the founder member & Managing Director of Acumen Global Training and Development -Dubai and a Member of the Board for SIMANDREA-Angola.

That he is a Certified International Trainer, imparting management and functional training at a plethora of global forums, adds further dimensions to his multi-tiered abilities.  He is also a Certified ISO Lead Auditor.

Being a seasoned corporate executive and having worked in various functional areas of management industry and training, he is described as a coach, an insight provocateur, a catalyst and a leader who develops the stage for others to perform.
